Minimum Requirements
- Have a valid job offer from a Canadian business.
- Prove your intention to leave Canada when your work permit expires.
- Have the funds to support yourself and any accompanying family members during your stay in Canada.
- Must prove you have no criminal record and in good health.
- Your valid job offer can not be for an employer that offer erotic massage, escort or striptease services.
- Valid job offer from a Canadian business backed by a positive Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).
- Valid passport.
- Two (2) recent passport-sized photos.
- Proof of financial ability.
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate or Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (If Applicable)
